The terms and conditions for J. Isabel Designs are outlined here. All gift box designs by J. Isabel Designs consist of items hand sourced and specifically chosen for each box. No claim is made to the design of or of the specific products themselves, unless otherwise stated. Fresh flowers cannot be shipped. Fresh flowers are local delivery only. Alcohol cannot be shipped, but we can help make recommendations on how to enhance your gift with your recipients favorite beverage.
Pricing and Payment
Individual product prices may vary due to customization. Payment is due at time of transaction. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped. All Sales Final.
Shipping Policy
Shipping will be calculated with the price of the item, unless otherwise stated. Shipping may be free during certain promotions. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the customer by J. Isabel Designs. If an item is damaged during shipping, a refund may only be given based on specific circumstances.
Refund/Return Policy
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on specific circumstances. If an item is damaged during shipping, a refund may be given on a case by case basis. If an item is unsatisfactory, please contact us at J. Isabel Designs and we can come up with a solution to resolve the issue. Customer is responsible for approving the image of the gift box either in the store at time of purchase, or the image sent through a private email. If the customer has approved the gift box and purchased the item, they may not request a refund. No exchanges.
Cancellation
An gift box may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the customer is responsible for payment.
Legal
J. Isabel Designs is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the customer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items in the gift box purchased by the customer, the J. Isabel Designs shares no responsibility.
